Training with Scott Amos
The training operation at Scott Amos Cutting Horses caters to a wide variety of clients. From starting 2-year-olds to giving cutting lessons and showing aged event horses, Scott takes pride in helping people achieve their goals in the cutting pen as well as improve their horsemanship. With a regimen based on a solid foundation, Scott strives to reach the maximum potential of each horse and rider in his barn.
Horses trained by Scott have gone to win numerous major aged event titles as well as area championships. His non-pro and amateur clients have also reaped great success in the show pen making finals in Fort Worth and topping the non-pro competition at numerous events including the NCHA Western Nationals.
